Southern 100 special event this week
THE annual clean-up of the roadside on the Southern 100 circuit prior to the Pre-TT race meeting takes place this Wednesday (May 24th) when volunteers from Beach Buddies get together in support of the race organisers.
The clean-up usually takes around 1 hour and starts with a safety briefing at the Southaern 100 headquarters where litterpickers, bags and gloves will be handed out. The event is open to anyone, whether you have attended a Beach Buddies event or not, and starts at 3pm at the Southern 100 clubhouse.
