BEACH Buddies returns to the south of the Island this weekend with a volunteer event in Port Erin on Sunday October 24th at 10,30am. The meeting point is at the entrance to Spaldrick and Bradda Glen. There are all sorts of areas to cover, and volunteers will be given a number of options of beaches and glens as to where they would like to tackle.
We have had lots of new volunteers yet again at recent events, and it’s been really encouraging to see new faces. If you’ve never been before, this could be the day to have a go. We provide all the equipment and the event lasts no more than 90 minutes, ending promptly at 12 noon. Everyone welcome – all ages and abilities.
