Beach Buddies became an incorporated charity in October 2018 (Company No. 132493C and Charity No. 1267).

Our Patron is His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor of the Isle of Man, Sir Richard Gozney KCMG CVO KStJ.

The incorporated charity has three directors Bill Dale, Roseanna Dale and Mike Brew. Bill Dale is the founder and Operations Director. Mike Brew is a Director and Treasurer. Roseanna Dale is a Director and Communications Officer.

If you go to a beach anywhere in the Isle of Man it’s almost impossible to avoid one of our bins which are placed at the access points to the shoreline.

All we ask is to “Fill a Bag and Make a Difference”. And the response has been amazing. Wherever we place a bin thebeaches are cleaner than ever, and in some cases virtually spotless.

The bins are expensive to buy, so we need sponsors to help our charity and keep the beaches free from litter.
