DUE to the seriously awful weather forecast, we have decided to call off this weekend’s beach cleaning activities. If the weather unexpectedly improves then please clean up around your local community, or local beach.
We are now placing a hold on activities for a couple of weeks to give everyone a rest, but also because we are setting up new branches of Beach Buddies in Scotland over the next two weekends.
It will be interesting to compare the levels of beach plastics on Scotland’s northwestern beaches with the Isle of Man. We will post photographs throughout the two weeks.
