WE HAD a great group of families with their children at The Buchan who did a wonderful job recently in Castletown Bay and removed a large amount of rubbish – and enjoyed themselves at the same time!
Many thanks to the big group of enthusiastic mums, dads and children who took part and particularly to Helen Crosbie who organised everything.
Helen sent a message which said: “Thanks so much Beach Buddies, such a great way to spend Sunday morning.”
Our message to the Buchan group: “Thanks to each and every one of you. It was great to meet you all and see the genuine enthusiasm and desire to keep our Island free from litter. You all did a fantastic job. You are welcome to come back again any time!”
