BEACH Buddies is joining forces with University College Isle of Man (UCIOM) and Dave Smyth to beat the record for the most men taking part in a yoga session in the Isle of Man – at the NSC on November 19th.
It will be a very relaxing and enjoyable event, even if you have never tried yoga before. The session takes place on International Men’s Day” starts at 11.15 and lasts 30 minutes.
There is no fee – just come along, give it a try and help create a new record. We are aiming for 150 to make sure the old record of 112 is smashed to bits.
Dave Smyth said, said, “Don’t worry if you have never done yoga before, as it will be a beginner’s class where all ages and abilities are welcome. The event will provide a great opportunity to raise awareness of men’s health and wellbeing, as well as to highlight the International Men’s Day.”
Registration will take place between 10.45am – 11.15am in the NSC Main Sports Hall, and the yoga class will start at 11.30am.
Yoga mats will be provided, however, if attendees have their own mat, they are encouraged to bring it along.
