BEACH Buddies will again be joining with the wonderful people of Jurby for a community clean-up around the village on Sunday morning, September 26th, from 10.30am – with the big bonus of cakes afterwards!
We join the folks from Jurby on a regular basis, and there’s always good turn-out of volunteers – no doubt encouraged by the fantastic spread of cakes and refreshments afterwards in the Community Centre, organised by the fabulous Quaggin family!
The session lasts until 12 noon. We supply all the equipment and remove the rubbish afterwards, recycling as much as we can.
