BEACH Buddies was sorry to hear of the passing of Roger Watterson, former MHK and best known as a political commentator and host on Manx Radio.
Roger had some very kind words for us, and he featured Beach Buddies a number of times on his “Sunday Opinion” programme.
He also mentioned us many times when matters concerning the environment were raised and this was always very much appreciated.
He also had a mischievous sense of humour and thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to put his guests “on the spot”, especially politicians!
