BEACH Buddies sells a wide range of exclusive items to help raise funds. These are idea for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, birthdays, weddings and special occasions. All are hand made to order and include

  • DRIFTWOOD: trees, mirror frames, hearts, wall decorations, tea light holders, crosses, wreaths
  • SEA GLASS: domes, wind chimes, hanging decorations, Christmas decorations, tea light candle holders, Three Legs, maps of the Isle of Man (on tiles)
  • SHELLS: maps of the Isle of Man (on tiles), mussel shell hearts, stars, Three Legs, domes, the light candle holders

Craft Days

Beach Buddies runs special craft days at its two bases – one at Knockuskey Cottage, Niarbyl and the other in the south at The Bone Mill in Brewery Bay (close to the Shore Hotel). Sessions last for a maximum of two hours and everyone learns how to make a special item of their own from recycled and reclaimed items such as driftwood, sea glass and shells.
The charge is £10 per person, payable in advance. Sessions are restricted to 10 people. Children under 16 must be accompanied an adult. Sessions are indoors and go ahead whatever the weather.

Driftwood Christmas Trees

Many examples of driftwood Christmas trees made by Beach Buddies can be seen all over the Isle of Man, in pubs, cafes, restaurants, offices and homes.
Every Christmas we receive many orders, so we advise early booking to make sure your tree arrives well in time for the festive season.
