THE venue for this Sunday’s beach cleaning session with Beach Buddies is Pooill Vaaish, meeting at 10.30am on January 15th.
The session lasts a maximum of 90 minutes . . . please park politely as this is a working farm. Our thanks to the Gawne family for their continued support for Beach Buddies in this area.
• Beach Buddies volunteer event
• Sunday, January 15th. 10.30am, finishing no later than 12 noon.
• Meet at the road through the farm on the way to Pooill Vaaish quarry.
• All equipment provided by Beach Buddies – everything is recycled or goes to make electricity
• Wellies or good walking boots advised and please wear clothing suitable for the predicted conditions (9C, fairly strong SW wind [we should be fairly well sheltered on the east coast], small chance of a shower).
• We have full public liability insurance and risk assessments and are very happy to host beach cleaning events for schools, companies and any organisation.
